Available Specialties
The following FCPS-II training positions are available:
- FCPS-II Trainee in Pediatrics
- FCPS-II Trainee in General Surgery
- FCPS-II Trainee in Diagnostic Radiology
- FCPS-II Trainee in Medicine
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Possession of an MBBS degree or equivalent qualification recognized by the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC).
- Completion of a one-year house job from a recognized institution.
- Successful completion of FCPS Part-I in the relevant specialty.
- Valid PMDC registration.
- Domicile of Gilgit-Baltistan.
Application Procedure
Interested candidates should submit the following documents to the Office of the Medical Superintendent, PHQ Teaching Hospital Gilgit:
- Detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV).
- Attested copies of MBBS degree and mark sheets.
- House job certificate.
- FCPS Part-I pass certificate.
- Valid PMDC registration certificate.
- Copy of Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).
- Domicile certificate.
- Three passport-sized color photographs
The last date for submission of applications is June 29, 2025. Applications received after this date will not be entertained.
Selection Process
The selection will be based on the following
- Academic qualifications.
- Performance in the interview.
- Availability of seats in the respective specialty.
Shortlisted candidates will be notified for interviews. No TA/DA will be admissible for the interview process.
